Greetings friends, today I'm delighted to bring you this lovely Tankardstown House Wedding. My very first time photographing a wedding at this venue & it has got to be one of my favourites. An in door ceremony in the depths of October with so much natural light is a photographers dream, not to mention the incredible surroundings & staff.
The Day
We had some proper Irish weather on the day, it was a little cold & it rained some but we also had those beautiful Irish winter colours & managed to get outside for some portraits. We wanted to do a first look outside but of course it started to rain right at that moment, so we used the tremendous ceremony room & I think it all turned out great.
The Couple
Katie & Eoghan were super relaxed & entire day was light hearted & fun. Even when we had to improvise due to weather, they rolled with it & I cant thank them enough for that. They were also fully on board with my documentary approach but wanted a few portraits too, which I'm always happy to do of-course. A little message from the couple when I sent over their slideshow
